-maximize the main window
-restart IDE
-window is not maximized (sometimes)

Passed to Standa, he knows more about maximization then I do.
lebedkov, what does it means sometimes? 50/50? Or just once a week :-)

I would say that about 5% of NB restarts lead to wrongly sized window.
I used trunk version with:

java version "1.5.0_11"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_11-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_11-b03, mixed mode, sharing)

Linux timpc2 2.6.20-15-generic #2 SMP Sun Apr 15 07:36:31 UTC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux

Looks like the same problem is reported in Bug#119224.
