using http://bits.nbextras.org/netbeans/6.0/nightly/200704161405/installers/ Create a SOA Project Create a WSDL file. The WSDL is missing all the tabs and only shows the source editor. attached is the screenshot.

Validation gives me the following : Checking file:/D:/sherrydev/loaniepj1/loan-iep/BpelModule1/src/newWSDL.wsdl... cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'definitions'. [6] XML validation finished.
This is a regression and a J1 stopper. Please fix it as soon as possible.
Using NB6.0 build (200704170000), still the same problem. This is very important to get fixed soon.
*** Issue 101351 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. ***
My initial guess is that, this does not have a enterprise pack.
there are lot of installables there. which one was installed? http://bits.nbextras.org/netbeans/6.0/nightly/200704171200/installers/bundles/
I was able to reproduce with netbeans-6.0-nightly-200704170100-full-windows.exe
skini, SOA Pack (Enterprise Pack) is installed. If it is not, you can't create a SOA project. :) The full installer is the one you need: netbeans-6.0-nightly-200704171200-full-windows.exe http://bits.nbextras.org/netbeans/6.0/nightly/200704171200/installers/bundles/netbeans-6.0-nightly-200704171200-full-windows.exe
also can you attach the log file.
Hi skini, I do not see any error in my messages.log file. Please install the IDE yourself, you will reproduce the problem. Thanks, Hong
my observation is that the dataobject for wsdlui module is being overridden by the dataobject from the websvc core. Thats why the editor that is shown is not the one from enterprise pack.
on further debugging, the mime-type is showing up as text/xml instead of text/xml-wsdl. And the XMLDataobject is being recognized instead of WSDLDataObject.
This issue is still reproducible in latest build 070418.
it seems that the visual web pack is in conflict with wsdl editor. I am looking into it.
added dependency on visual web pack issue.
The fix of 101644 should fix this issue too.
using build http://bits.nbextras.org/netbeans/6.0/nightly/latest/installers/ this is not fixed. Please tell me which build?
Sherry, right now, the lastest build is still yesterday's build: 070418. Let's wait for today's build. Anything later than 070418 should be fine.
Verified the bug is fixed in NB 6.0 daily build 070420
