The Bind to Data and Bind to Database menu option are missing for standard RI
components. ie,

Data Table should have the Bind to Database
Everything else should have the Bind to Data... menu option.

Steps:
1. create EE5 project
2. add Standard RI multiSelectListbox to form
3. Right click on listbox and only see Property Bindings, not Bind to Data...

I dragged the customer table onto the listbox and it seems to have bound, but
the properties reflect no changes. Without the Bind to Data dialog I have no
way of modifying the bindings.

The RI components do have bind to data (Bind to Database in terms of Table
Component)

Couple of things ..

- The menu items jumps arround.
(In the attached image it is the second menu item)

- In case of table component the selection in designer is kind of
  flaky.
Try select the Table Component in the outline and then right click
  to see the menu items.
