I've edited the mevenide plugin in the plugin portal's pages, after that the
plugin appears multiple times in the lists..

How come this is only a P3 issue? It must be very confusing for our users. For example click "Editing" tag cloud and go
to the 2nd page. You will see two "Enhanced API Wizards" entries. Which one are you gonna download?

Thanks for the concrete example!  There were defects fixed before that I thought had fixed this issue but I didn't have
an example to repeat.

Here's the problem.  The example you sited lists "Editing" twice in the list of categories.  That's why it shows up
twice.    A workaround is to remove one of the "Editing" categories.  This definitely needs to be fixed though.
