Search a plugin that is only link (e.g. to some sourceforge plugin). The brief
view of plugin is visible and it contains line "Downloads: not available". This
can be usability problem because user can interpret it as "the plugin is not
available".

I have just found out that while this was fixed in PluginDetailPage.jsp it still shows "Downloads: Not available" in
CategoryPage.jsp. To reproduce the issue just click "build tool" category cloud and find "MevenIDE 2" entry.
