en_US (nb); MacRoman

There are categories of plugins visible in plugin manager. There is one special
category that contains plugins that don't fit to any other category. Its name is
Unsorted that seems to be wrong because modules are sorted alphabetically in
this category. The name for that category should be probably Uncategorized.

The concept has changed so that it is not the problem now. Verified in following configuration:

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200706190000)
Java: 1.5.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_07-87
System: Mac OS X version 10.4.9 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)
