Now the result of configuration code assistance is not clear for a user. In my
opinion when configuration process complete a result window should appear
showing the result (configured or not). If not then user should be suggested to
try to configure again with another type of analyzer (executable, object,
filesystem, etc.).

Now user is not notified about the files excluded from code assistance, 
e.g.:
- create a new makefile based project (LiteSQL)
- build the project
- configure code assistance using object files 
Result: The result is unclear and poor. 23 files are shown in Configuration tree-view. If there are all files in the
project or not. No information provided about files excluded from code assistance. Why after configuration two includes
remain failed. All these negatively affect user's impression about the product.

I see one defect: "Why after configuration two includes
remain failed." Defect fixed.
Other proposals should be a reviewed enhancement.

Some time ago the "Configure Code Assistance" feature passed an on-line UI review.
It was reviewed thoroughly; after that all requirements were met.
I strongly discourage anyone from making change in this feature without having his/her proposal reviewed by the entire team.

As to me, the proposed solution seems to be over complicated.

In build 20071005 while configuring Code Assistance for litesql project in advanced mode using library either object
files no visible result appeared only "Finish" button on the last step was disabled.
