NetBeans IDE 6.0 Preview (M9, build 070502)
1.5.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_07-87
Mac OS X version 10.4.9 running on i386
en_US (nb); MacRoman

Steps to reproduce:
1.Push "Refresh List" button in Updates tab
2.While the progress of refresh is visible push "Refresh List" button in New
Plugins tab
3.When the progress disappears the Refresh List button in Updates tab stays disabled

It's appropriate to plugin manager subcomponent.

Already fixed in M10.
