1. Create new module xml/wsdlbindingsupport (to be part of soa cluster)
2. Move ExtensibilityElementTemplateProvider spi and related classes to
xml/wsdlbindingsupport
3. Change all friend dependencies from external wsdl extensions to use the new
package name. org.netbeans.modules.xml.wsdl.bindingsupport
4. Modify all implementation classes for this spi to newly changed package names

Moving of template provider spi is completed.
New module xml/wsdlbindingsupport created.
Changed all dependencies to the new module.
