The PP uses an html template I provided.  It seems to be out of date, the
"Partners" link should now point to
http://www.netbeans.org/community/partners/index.html (PP version points
somewhere else).

Is it easy to swap in a new, full template ?  Would be good to somehow automate
that so changes like this propagate to the PP automatically.  I have created a
"live" template page here : http://www.netbeans.org/community/template.html
explicitly for this purpose.  It is simply a blank content area which is wrapped
with the live navigation each run, so any changes in navigation will immediately
show up on that page.  If you can periodically retrieve that page, and parse it
out into the sections you need, that would be ideal.  

Anyway, that's probably a long term thing.  Short term, pls update the partner
tab link when you get a chance, thanks.
