option value has no affect on prompts to save modified project or diagrams

must fix 90167 before starting this - there is no "generate code" option on unix base machines.

Corrected the load process for the check box components.

Note that the "Code Generation" now forces "project save" by default. This option is only used when REing into a UML project that has not been save.
