Build 200706180000 - full with TC6.0.13,JDK1.6.0_02,Windows Vista

1)Start IDE with clean userdir
2)Create new EJB and Add web service
3)Web service is created correctly,but NPE appears.

Changing component - this happens also for session bean in EJB.
