build 200706180000 jdk1.6b105

1) New Web Project -> Choose Weblogic 9.1 -> Next
2) Check Visual Web box, click Libraries, click 'Do not append any library'
3) Finish

Project is created, but when Page1.jsp shows up, an NPE pop-up as well, and (along with errors in document view, what is
OK) design view loads indefinitely.
