If I go to 
http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/
and click on one of the plugin items I just get back to the current page with:
http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/#

This was filed in an odd place so nobody saw it.  Recategorising.  

Are you still seeing this ?  Can you give a more explicit example ?

Do you have JavaScript enabled ?  What OS/browser/version are you using ?

This is no longer a problem.
