The Javadoc for the TopLink Essentials library registered in the Library Manager is in a file that is not in the java
cluster (docs/javaee5-doc-api.zip in the enterprise cluster). Therefore it is not possible to display the Javadoc for
this library in the basic distribution of NB 6.0.
