1)  Remove userdir and all old project files
2)  extract BankApp.zip
3)  start IDE. do not import settings from previous IDE.
4)  open BankApp project.
5)  RE BankApp.
6)  expand BankApp-Model -> Model -> bankpack -> BankAccount -> Operations.
7)  rt. click noAvaliableFunds -> CDFS -> Collaboration Diagram -> Finish. See screenshot (info)
8)  interaction node is created and then disappears form the model.
9)  rt. click noAvaliableFunds -> CDFS -> Sequence Diagram -> Finish.
10) diagram is created, no interaction or diagram appears in model.

Workaround:
1)  rt. click model -> filter.
2)  expand BankApp-Model -> Model -> bankpack -> BankAccount -> Operations.
3)  two interactions are present as expected.

Added logic to fire an event expanding  the target operation node to display the created interaction.
