Description Jiri Kovalsky 2001-04-12 17:56:19 UTC
NetBeans release 3.2 build #28 (RC1) on Windows, Red Hat Linux, Solaris
(all with JDK 1.3)

Description:
============
These properties are not deserialized correctly after the import of default pro-
ject from NetBeans 3.1 or Forte for Java 2.0 to NetBeans 3.2 or Forte for Java
3.0:
 - Advanced options
 - Lock files when editing
 - Prompt for file lock

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Prepare and launch NetBeans release 3.1.
2. Mount CVS filesystem and set these options in the customizer of this FS.
3. Exit IDE and on some other place prepare NetBeans 3.2 with empty user dir.
4. Launch it and use updater to import old project into this new build.
5. Verify that after it is launched all these settings are set to False.
Comment 1 Martin Entlicher 2001-04-17 17:46:04 UTC
Fixed in the main trunk.
Advance options are deserialized O.K., locking stuff removed from the
Customizer, since it does not apply to CVS any more.
Comment 2 Martin Entlicher 2001-04-18 18:16:08 UTC
Fixed in release32 build #32.
Comment 3 Jiri Kovalsky 2001-04-19 07:39:28 UTC
I am glad to verify this issue in both mentioned branches.
