If file drag-n-droped from one location to another then Move dialog should provide target not
source information by default. May be even no such dialog should provided fo DnD, because DnD
assumes all required information such as object, source and target already specified by DnD
itself. So no need to specify it again.

Currently, the core refactoring doesnt provide any API to determine the DnD target. I have filed a RFE for this API.

Once this is available, we should be able to proceed on this RFE.
