according to solution of issue 113199 the Mobility E2E modules has to be visible at UC. 
There are two jars JSR172 + e2e
-org-netbeans-modules-mobility-end2end.jar
-org-netbeans-modules-mobility-jsr172.jar

Visibility flag must be properly set (AutoUpdate-Show-In-Client). See document:

Martin fixed it already.
I'll let him to close it when it is in beta1 branch. Please add the "beta1fix" status white board too
