Description ssffleming 2001-04-24 22:49:52 UTC
build 010423_1 on NT4

I have a number of java sources open. I am trying to copy a code section
from one file, A, and paste into another, B. When I click on B with the mouse
prior to the paste I see a text cursor. However, ctrl+v does not paste.
I notice that keyboard arrow keys also do not move the text cursor.

I saw one paste actually paste into file A, as if it still had the keyboard
focus. When I restarted the ide I could not reproduce this one...so I'm
making this a P4...

This looks like our infamous focus problem -

One more comment to your problem. We know that this problems appears very
sporadically. How often you get into this problem? A few times per days or once
a week? If it is quite often it would worth to try the latest DEV build. Because
it contains patch which should fix it (as you can read in comments for issue
5697). And we would definitely be interested in hearing if the patch works or
not. Thanx in advance if you could help us with it a bit.
