071003. Open content.xml in xml/schema/schemaui/www/ColumnsViewStoryboard.sxi, about 200K in length. The IDE freezes and
CPU usages goes to 100%. After several minutes the document is finally displayed. Even after the document is closed, CPU
usage remains at 100% for a while although the IDE is no longer frozen.

Yeah, this is a known issue. See issue 116806. Marek is working on this right now.
