There is need for Generic Tester where given a WSDL it would be good to generate the needed SOAP message and send it
across. There is also a need to provide testing for a given client and server. This feature was present in NB 5.0 where
the user was allowed to create a SOAP message and send it across for the registered web service. The generated SOAP
req/response need to be made available to the user
