Description damian_nb 2007-11-10 17:33:41 UTC
1. create class in package test.one
2. move this class to test package:
3. when 'move class' dialog is displayed, press preview
4. from refactoring tree select last node "move file test.java" and uncheck checkbox
   -> preview which tells you what will be changed has gone
5. select again root node "Move class test to test package"
   -> preview is not back

you have to select update node to see preview again
it takes me a minute to find out what is the correct order (clicking nodes) to see preview again, I except there is no
reason that preview needs to be hidden

Can you provide more info? Build number and OS should be enough.

Note that some refactoring elements as 'Move class','Copy Class' and some others does not have preview. But when you
select 'update' node the preview should be back. Try browsing among the nodes by keyboard shortcut (ctrl-comma, ctrl-period)
Comment 2 damian_nb 2007-11-13 09:21:36 UTC
OS WinXP, NB 6.0 RC1

if 'update' node is selected preview is probably back but when some other node is selected preview is sometimes visible,
sometimes not - see scenario above

Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
