The folder icon for "Libraries" and "Test Libraries" in Java Class Library project is of a different theme or version.
(See attached file). The folder icon is correct for other types of project such as "Web Projects".

I believe this is related to http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=118773, which has not been fixed either.

Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
