There is a confusing message :

No webapps/ directory E:\f4j-settings\system\tomcat\webapps

when starting Tomcat in Output Window.


Workaround : This message could be removed by creating webapps subdirectory in 
userdir/system/tomcat with some "dummy" web module

An empty webapps/dummyapp was created in tomcat directory
