The plugin portal's categories aren't really categories and look a mess when viewed from
http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/faces/MainPage.jsp. It's hard to figure out what is what. I would expect
categorization to follow something similar to the old plugin catalogue or at least reflect things like Java ME, Java SE,
Scripting, VCS etc...

The typography is also misleading with underscores given to Recently Added:, Top Rated: and Most Popular: even though
these are not links.

The box for the news section is 4 lines tall - way to small for usability.

Fixed.  Tag cloud cleaned up.  Also you can view as a list if desired.
