Alternate Text should be filled in for images for accessibility.

Fixed.
Added alt tag for all images.

The bug fix caused a regression. Now strange link displays instead of plugin image (see attached screenshot) with text
like: "<name_of_1st_plugin> Plugin Page" even for other plugins without their image. To reproduce try clicking "C++"
category and look at "C/C++ Switch Source/Header" plugin.
