if you use the contextual menu in the code view and select two times the "use entity manager" option, the wizard insert
two times the same text, and the compiler brokes, there could be a check condition to show the option, also i think i
post sometimes that this option doesnt offers the same in windows and linux, i will try this weekend and tell you.

the code inserted its the @persistence......, i mean the code needed to use the em entity manager

Reproducible in a servlet (in a 2.5 web app), 6.0 final. IMO seems like a P4 though, so I'm downgrading. Thanks for the 
report.
