The rubystubs idea is great... finding details for non-ruby code sometimes including documentation (if the src has it).
 I think this can go a step further by including a list of the actual c files used to create the stub (their path
relative to the ruby_src directory root)

This would allow someone to not only find more info about a particular method, but would allow them to find the actual C
source if need be and examine that as well.
