Currently, in Sierra build MS5 (NB 6.0) it is not possible to move the location of elements in the schema Design view or
Schema view.  This would be a useful enhancement.  See attached screenshot for precise details (in the Design view case).

NB: Correction to the moveelementschema screenshot - it should say "Drop here to *move* to local sequence"
