Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200802050005)
Java: 1.6.0_04; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 10.0-b19
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (nb)

Create XML, add Complex Type and open Properties window for.
There are "Prohibited Derivations" and "Prohibited substitutions" fields.
Both of them cam be set to "default" value and "allow all" value. These
values look just the same (empty string) in Property window while all
other have own unique values.
