Add the property marking feature for invalid values in properties sheets.

Ooops. I am sorry I did not marked this as fixed right after the
implementation was finished. It is there. To use it make your property
editor ExPropertyEditor and call setState on the PropertyEnv instance
you get from attach call. Please send comments and concerns to nbdev.
