All settings stored in NbPreferences are imported by definition (see
http://netbeans.czech/wiki/view/Netbeans/NB61SettingsMigration).
Autoupdate has to find own way how to differentiate Update Center from previous version and current version and exclude
old ones.
To consider: import only user-defined Update Centers
