Description fatbuttlarry 2008-03-26 13:58:38 UTC
When creating a standard class file, application can connect through default proxy settings of machine.

When creating a standard desktop application, application does not properly inherit the proxy setting of machine.

For example: 10.* or 10.0.0.0/8 do not import properly.

Temporary work-around is to statically add all addresses in range, 10.1.1.1, 10.1.1.2, etc.

Please see URL for detailed explanation of how to reproduce bug.

Thanks!

For reference, here's a link to the behavior, originally posted on Java forums. Cheers.
