Many components, panes and other UI elements in NetBeans are not compliant with Nimbus L&F.

Ondrej, it would be much better to fill one issue for one problem, or come with the list of problems...

Please as I said before distinguish between GTK L&F with Nimbus theme and Nimbus L&F.According to our last meeting I
assume all these issues are for GTK L&F and Nimbus theme so fix all Summary fields.

Three of the remaining unresolved bugs are classified as P4 and one bug is filed against UML which isn't part of NetBeans distro anymore.
Lowering priority.
