1/ Use Spring New Configuration File wizard
2/ Select a directory with an existing xml file (not necessarily spring configuration file) => error message shows up at
the bottom like "The file beans already exists" whereas it's not beans, but beans.xml exists (note the missing xml
extension).

ProjectUtilities.canUseFileName() does not add the extension to the error message.
