I have seen many request for this. It should be fixed in NB 6.5

This functionality will take a significant effort to implement, I was hoping this could be skipped for 6.5

My opinion:
CTRL+P (see parameters as a tooltip) for fnc invocation is nice feature, on the other hand more important is CC in fnc
declaration for fromal parameters, I think - which doesn't work properly - moreover probably much easier for fixing.
