1. Create new PHP file.
2. DnD HTML component from the HTML Palette to the source.
3. In Insert Table dialog, type a new value for some field.
4. Press Enter.
Result: cursor moves to beginning of the textfield. One additional Enter is required to accept changes and close the dialog.
First Enter should do so.

Petre, do you know is the owner of HTML pallete? Please reassign, thanks a lot.

I don't know who is the owner of the html palette, but I think this is not P3.
