Always when you upload a new version to the portal, it has to be re-tested - what is great, but the old version will
also disappear from the update center until the new has been accepted, which is not so good.

The plugin portal software should keep the old and already verified version in the update center until it can be
replaced with the new verified version.

The plugin portal page could also provide links to both versions until the replacement is finished.

This is exactly how publishing on Update Center works since Plugin Portal 2.0.
