Most applications locate their searches in a fixed and standard location - the top right corner (exception are fulltext
searches in text editors/browsers). We should follow this standard and locate QuickSearch textfield at the same place.

Yes, but this would require new API introduced into platform, something like "Toolbars/Fixed/" xml layer registration.
