build 20080616. This is a regression.

Not sure if this result is caused by the fix in issue 134356 so file the 2 in a single issue here. If the problems are
different, please separate these into 2 different issues.

- it's impossible to use double or triple click on subpartition name to edit for Activity Diagram's partition element
- it's impossible to use double or triple click on composite region name to edit for State Diagram's Composite element,
but sometimes it did get in the edit mode after a sequence of unknown number of mouse clicks
