Created attachment 63335 [details] Subversion Commit dialogue
this was changed because of issue #130656. however: 1.) in cvs it works like requested in this issue. we should agree on a consistent behavior 2.) we could have an option or at least a setting in the commit dlg to let the user to decide whats the best for him
I vote for 2.)b. A setting in the commit dlg is visible at every commit, and the user could easily change it without looking for the options dlg. Also the user should be warned (red+bold/blinking), if some files are excluded, as it may happen, that the excluded files were overseen in looong commits as the mine. (I had this several times :-( ) My suggestion is 2 radio buttons: o Include all in the list o Remember excluded from last commit (this label could be red+bold/blinking if already active from last commit) After the user had changed manually the setting of a particular file, both radios should become off. BTW: Having a history from the last 10..20 comments in this dlg would also be nice. See example: TortoiseSVN

Oops, sorry, I've overseen it all the time. :-( ... so in this case I would prefer a normal button instead of a symbol. There is enough space. What is the other symbol, shown on the screen-shot in the guided tour? I don't see it at me.
fixed 619d24d413d6 the discussion about 2.) should be tracked a an enhancement
