Description err 2008-06-30 00:21:48 UTC
This is with jVi installed. This works in nb6.1.

To reproduce: startup IDE, there should be several open files from previous shutdown. jVi prints a little signon in an
output tab. Issue the jVi command ":ls", which outputs a list of the opened files to the same tab as had the signon.
Issue this command several times to have more data than fits on screen.

Notice that the tab does not scroll. Notice that the the scroll-bar's thumb/bubble does not change size to reflect the
change in data size. Without clicking, move the mouse over the tab's text area, and twiddle the scroll wheel, notice
that the text jiggles, but does not scroll. Click in the window and then you can scroll.
