In the plugin portal's navigation (at the top, the tabs), the "Products" tab still points to the "netbeans.org/products"
directory. It should be labeled "features" and point to netbeans.org/features directory. Like it is on the rest of
netbeans.org.

I don't agree that this issue is fixed because the text still says "Products". The button should be replaced as well not
only the URL changed. Reopening.
