the 'quick start' link in getting started section of welcome screen should change according to which clusters are installed:
- if java cluster is installed then the link should point to 'java' quick start
- if ruby cluster is installed then the link should point to 'ruby' quick start
- if C/C++ cluster is installed then the link should point to 'cnd' quick start
- if php cluster is installed then the link should point to 'php' quick start
- in all other cases use 'java' quickstart
