Java: 1.6.0_10-rc; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b13
System: Linux version 2.6.22-15-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

The horizontal and vertical scrollbar blinks when character is typed in editor.

Steps to reproduce:
1) create new JFrame and add JCombobox in it
2) switch to code
3) type something in the main method
-> the scrollbars blink every time a character is typed
(steps 1) a 2) can by replaced by opening a large file)

Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
