1. In a PHP source file, on the left from editor view, right-click. In popup menu, Bookmark->Next Bookmark and
Bookmark->Previous Bookmark are enabled. It's wrong, because still no bookmarks are defined and there is no way to go to
a bookmark.
2. Add several bookmarks (Bookmark->Toggle Bookmark). Then right-click again at a line which has a bookmark. Now
Bookmark->Next Bookmark and Bookmark->Previous Bookmark are disabled. It's wrong too.

I believe this issue is not specific to PHP code, reassigning to editor

Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
