It looks like after recent resignation of one community verifier and his replacement by new member the verifications stopped working. For example, although the SnapIt plugin [1] has 1 Go and the rest of the verifiers is undecided [2] the Plugin Portal claims that the verification failed. :-( This bug deserves immediate attention because nobody can get his/her own plugin published on the Plugin Portal Update Center anymore. Per David's suggestion I used nbadmin's veto to force publishing the plugin and then changed the Go decision to Undecided. That helped to fix the SnapIt's plugin verification status from Failed to Pending. Furthermore, I have found out that not all verifications were affected so that's why I am downgrading this bug to P3.
Added plugin verification status recalculation on Verifier delete.
