Description esmithbss 2008-07-25 20:55:50 UTC
When using common UML tools (e.g. Rational, ArgoUML, Gaphor, etc...) it is common practice to allow users to drop
objects into the graphic diagram editor and immediately edit their name when a person starts typing. It should not be a
requirement to drop an object into the editor and go to the properties window to change the objects name.
Comment 1 Peter Lam 2008-07-25 21:09:42 UTC
Actually you don't need to go to the properties window to change object names. Once you drop an object in the diagram
editor, you can press the Enter key to get in the in-line editor mode to start typing in the object names. This is a
change from 6.1 where you could start typing without first pressing the Enter key.

Since you do not have to go to the properties window to edit a model element I am closing this enhancement.
