With the default pattern 
(^(CVS|SCCS|vssver.?\.scc|#.*#|%.*%|_svn)$|~$|^\..*$)
when the project is scanned for tasks and errors. 
It picks up on the CVS\RevisionCache dir files which results in
showing errors, when they should not.

i can't reproduce. i see no TODOs and no errors from files in CVS\RevisionCache with nb 080729
reporter, which scanning scope do you have selected? can you reproduce with a clean user dir?
